Nkechi Okesola is a dedicated communication specialist with a strong commitment to effective communication. She holds a degree in Theatre Arts from the University of Ibadan and boasts over four decades of diverse experience across various facets of mass media, including theatre.

Her professional journey began at the Anambra Broadcasting Service in Enugu, where she worked as a Continuity Announcer, Disc Jockey, and Newscaster on radio, as well as a presenter on television. Nkechi later relocated to Lagos, where her career expanded to include print media before returning to television. In her roles within private television, she excelled in program presentation, newscasting, scripting, and editing.

As a freelancer, Nkechi has demonstrated her versatility by working as a producer, presenter, compere, facilitator, and trainer. She has collaborated with the BBC World Service Trust, now known as BBC Media Action, contributing to programs such as “Talk Talk” (television), “Talk Your Own” (radio), and serving as a facilitator for the MESSAGE project wrap-up.

Currently, Nkechi serves as a facilitator for Health Action Training, a UK-based organization specializing in communication within the healthcare sector. Additionally, she provides training in workplace communication, equipping individuals and organizations with essential communication skills for success.
